When does the season start/end?
Our season runs from July-Dec. Practices begin the 1st week in July. The season culminates with the BCYFCA Cheerleading Competition in Nov. and the Super Bowl in Dec. What is the game schedule:
Tackle Football Games will be played on Saturdays. Flag Football Games will be played on Saturdays. The youngest teams playing earliest in the morning, and oldest teams (Seniors) playing latest in the afternoon. Half our games will be home games; played at Bayside High School. The other half will be away games, played at other fields in Brevard County. What is the practice schedule? Where are practices?
Practices will be at Palm Bay Regional Park.
Cheerleaders: Practice will be 3-4 nights a week until the school year begins. During the school year, cheerleaders will practice 2-3 nights a week. Right before competition, cheer coaches will usually add another practice each week.
Tackle Football Players: Practice will be 4 nights a week until the school year begins and 3 nights during the school year.
Flag Football Players: Practice will be 2-3 nights a week
all season. What does my registration fees include? What else will I have to pay for during the season? What do I get to keep?
Cheerleaders: Includes Membership Fee. The cheer uniform is loaned to you for the season, you don't keep it. A spirit uniform (skort and t-shirt with our logo), cheer shoes, socks, bloomers, and a hair bow will be provided for you to keep as part of your registration fees. In addition to your registration fee, the only other thing cheerleaders may be asked to pay for is to contribute toward team snacks for games.

Cheerleaders: Our final scheduled registration date will be the last time to register a cheerleader for the 2010 season. After that, we can only register a new cheerleader if we already have an extra uniform in stock which will fit her.
Football Players : First come, first served basis. We will then have a waiting list.
My child has never played
football/cheered before.
Can they still sign up? Are there
tryouts?
We are a recreational league. No tryouts necessary, beginners welcome.
